Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any product or service provided by "cache," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

1. Product Sales

All products are sold "as is." You assume full responsibility for your purchase. Because our products are digital goods delivered via internet download, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Intended Use

Our services are provided exclusively for server testing and development purposes. If you are found, reported, or suspected of using this product outside of its intended purpose, your access will be permanently revoked without refund.

3. Account Termination

"cache" reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or permanently ban your access to our products at any time and without prior notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Abuse or misuse of the product
• Discovery that you are a PC checker in any capacity
• Breach of any term outlined in this agreement
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If you wish to terminate your own account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

4. No Leaking Policy

"cache" takes leaking and backdoor attempts extremely seriously. If you leak our loader, any internal information about it, or any information about any other user, you are subject to an immediate and permanent ban from all associated platforms, including your FiveM servers. We will not hesitate to pursue further action.

5. No Sharing, Cracking, or Reverse Engineering

You are strictly prohibited from sharing your license, screensharing the loader to anyone (including friends), or attempting to crack or reverse engineer any part of our software. Violation of this term will result in immediate termination and potential further action.

6. Setup and Traces

"cache" features a fully automated self-setup process requiring zero manual configuration. Please note that "cache" will not clear old traces that existed prior to installation.

7. Detection Risk

Although our primary service is bypassing, there is still a small risk of detection. We will not issue refunds if you are detected. Instead, we ask that you report the details of how detection occurred so we can address it in future updates.

8. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in description or pricing, errors in your order, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after violating these Terms of Service will be considered fraud. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to fraudulent chargebacks.

10. Agreement

By purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
